LOCTITE 3863 is a complete, quick and easy-to-use repair kit for repairing rear window heating grills. Due to the high silver content, it has high conductivity.

High conductivity silver filler for:

• To repair damage to the rear window heating circuit.
• For repairing printed circuits.

Instructions for use:

1. Find the fault with the help of a measuring device.
2. Disconnect the rear window electronics. circuit.
3. Clean the repair surface with Loctite Super Clean, acetone or similar.
4. Remove the protective paper from the "template". The paper can be placed back on the "template" for reuse.
5. Place the "template" over the repair area and make sure the notches line up exactly with the link being repaired. Then press the "template" to the window. (Figure 1)
6. Shake the bottle well before use.
7. Apply the product with a brush. Make sure the product covers the entire damage. Leave on for 5 minutes. (Figure 2)
8. Repeat the procedure after 5 minutes. At least three coats are recommended.
9. After the last application, close the bottle tightly and clean the brush with solvent.
10. After the last layer, wait at least 30 minutes before carefully removing the "template".
11. Before reconnecting your email circuit, wait 24 hours.
