The unique fourteen-orbit-per-revolution, high-speed motion of the LK900E Mille polisher can easily push the polishing compound beyond its limits, resulting in rough movement, prematurely dry compounds, and unpredictable finish results. The high stresses created by the Mille necessitated the development of a completely new compound formula that would provide long-lasting "lubrication" of the polishing pads during the polishing cycle and abrasives that could tolerate rapid changes in direction and still provide a high-quality finish. The result is a RUPES Mille Coarse Compound formula specially designed to work with gear-driven movements.

This high-performance compound is the most aggressive in the Mille range and can be combined with a blue hard polishing sponge or a coarse wool polishing disc to remove up to P1500 sanding marks and deeper defects and leave a wax-ready surface. Ideal for part production environments and high-speed cutting and compatible with most paint systems.
