Sonax lantern restoration kit - effective and economical manual restoration kit for yellowed and matte plastic lanterns. Removes yellowing, dulling and fine scratches in two easy steps and sealing the surface will preserve the long-term clarity of the lights. Using this kit will restore the original transparency of the lights. Not only will you have great-looking headlights, but you'll increase the value of your entire car, the improved light efficiency ensures greater driving safety by allowing you to see and be seen. Designed for 2 uses on 2 lights.

USE:

Before use, wash the surfaces with SONAX shampoo and carefully cover the edges of the surfaces with protective tape.
SANDING: Attach the coarser (P3000) sandpaper to the supplied cylindrical sandpaper holder. Moisten the sandpaper with water and sand using light pressure (Figure 1) until the surfaces are smooth and slightly matte. Wet the sandpaper from time to time as you work. Finally, clean the surfaces with a polishing cloth. Then change the sandpaper to extra fine P5000 and repeat the process (don't forget to wet the sandpaper!).
POLISHING: apply a small amount of SONAX headlight polish to the white sponge side of the applicator (picture 2) and polish the surface with medium pressure until the matte surface is gone (picture 3). Apply more polish if necessary. To check the recommended level of gloss or when polishing is complete, wipe the surfaces with a polishing cloth (Figure 4).
PROTECTION: Open the SONAX headlight sealant package and apply the protective material with a polishing cloth. Rub all surfaces with protective material (Figure 5). Allow the surface of the lanterns to dry for a while and finally wipe with a dry, clean polishing cloth. One package of headlight sealant is designed to cover two headlights.
ATTENTION! Headlight protection must not get wet in the next 2-3 hours. Wash the car two days after polishing the lights. Do not sand the lenses with coarse sandpaper, even if the scratches on the lenses are deep. Deep scratches, cracks or extremely worn plastic cannot be restored to original condition.

IN EYES: rinse carefully with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Rinse again. Call a POISON CENTER/physician immediately. Take the product packaging or label with you.
